The role
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the Building Services division of this client, a role that offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in the industry.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Lead Major Mechanical Projects: Manage and oversee the delivery of large-scale mechanical installations in complex environments, ensuring all projects meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Client-Focused Solutions: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project specifications while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Project Delivery: Take full ownership of mechanical projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring innovative solutions are implemented to enhance project outcomes.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Anticipate potential challenges and devise proactive solutions, applying your expertise in mechanical services to overcome obstacles and improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, offering guidance and mentorship, and promoting a collaborative working environment focused on project success.

What you'll need to succeed
